Pre-launch draft. This document has not been approved for live customer intake. The platform blocks live intake until legal review is explicitly enabled.

Service

CodifyAI S.R.L. provides structured case assessment, evidence management, correspondence, deadline tracking, and escalation support. A checker result is preliminary and is not a guarantee of eligibility, recovery, or legal outcome.

Authorization

No external correspondence is delivered until the customer authorizes the case and the required human review is complete. The customer must provide accurate information and may be asked for supporting evidence.

Fees

Any fee is displayed before a case is opened. A success fee applies only to money actually recovered and is charged only after recovery is confirmed. The final lawyer-approved terms must define VAT, withdrawal rights, cancellation, refunds, and disputed recovery.

Limits and escalation

Some matters require a regulator, ADR body, card issuer, or licensed lawyer. The service may refuse or close cases that are unsupported, abusive, conflicted, time-barred, or outside available expertise.
