Data we use

Identity and contact details, case facts, correspondence, uploaded evidence, consent records, technical security logs, and—when applicable—payment-provider identifiers. Card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored by this service.

Purposes and legal bases

We use data to assess and perform the requested case-handling service, document authorization, communicate with counterparties, meet legal duties, prevent abuse, and establish or defend legal claims. The final approved notice must specify the applicable GDPR legal basis for each purpose.

Sharing and retention

Data may be shared with the named counterparty, approved service providers, payment providers, regulators, ADR bodies, or legal partners when necessary for the case. The production retention schedule and processors must be inserted following legal review.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object where applicable, and may complain to the competent supervisory authority.
